Dangerous Ground
2.5 starsThis one only kind of worked for me. I like the main characters, but the story needed more. There was a lot of internal thoughts that were deep and part of a bigger relationship convo that never happened. They didn't verbalize much of anything. That felt weird.
The mystery wasn't. There was the element of danger and action to give it the required bump, but it wasn't all that entertaining. Just a ""meh"" overall for me. May or may not read the others in this series eventually.
